I can't figure out how to adjust my friggin blitz BOV I just aquired

It has the trumpet/horn on it, is there a diaphram I need to remove?

i can't hear the damn thing...i can hear it release very faintly and it has the vibratto sound to it....but I know the screw on top adjusts the spring tension, this doesn't affect sound, does it?

 

well i'm not sure about the Blitz supersound DD or whichever one you go, but for my greddy type r you just turn a little ****!

just put in the allen?? wrench and loosen the nut with a 8-10mm wrench...up is louder for me. Then just tighten it again.

i thought it was quiet as it is, but apparently what i'm hearing is compressor surge
