Is there somewhere to buy these? Or does everyone just tint them?

You can also use a tint film or do it the quality way and mix black base coat in clear and spray them.

I've done it both ways. I've painted them with night shades paint and I've bought the tinted off eBay. Can't go wrong either way works fine.
