In a bind. Anyone got an a/c compressor?!
I'm leaving for Canada from NY with my girl on Sat morning and the air conditioning compressor on my 93 is fucked.
Does anyone have one they can sell me and ship super quick? If you are reasonably close to NY, I'll even pick it up.
I just took the car in for a 1000 mile post rebuild tune, setup and a/c recharge and when I turned on the a/c it started clicking on/off making the idle crazy kinda like hunting. The mechanic thought it might be the high pressure switch so he bypassed it with a wire and when the a/c compressor kicked on it squealed like a stuck pig.
