Don't worry about the capacity of the aftermarket AST's. They all get the job done. Some people eliminate their AST and don't have any issues. I have the Pettit Aluminum AST and it's about the same size as that one.

Mine isn't polished like the one on ebay. Here's a picture of it in my engine bay.

I assume he means relative to the stock AST. I doubt this claim.
