big problem??? wont start-up

alright, so car was running fine for along time with half of the a/c components removed (condenser, fluid tank)

i finally decided to finish the job, and removed ALL the a/c components (ie. evaporater behind the glovebox, compressor and all the lines from firewall->engine bay)

after which, i installed a bando belt from banzai to retain P/S.

and then after i put everything together (1 intercooler pipe, battery) the car will not start.

it will crank but refuse to turn over. (pfc reads rpm peaking at about 300)
PFC sensor voltage reads correct in all areas.
ran datalogit to stock ecu settings with no luck then went back to current.
box that the A/C evaporator sat in is still removed from behind the glove.
quadruple checked the intercooler pipes.
tried a jump start.
tried a rolling start.

so I am lost.. any suggestions on what to check? i cut some of the A/C lines with a dremel. in the car near the ecu (no wires cut)... and i cut the a/c lines in the bay near the intakes.

mods in sig, in case they have any significance.. fuel pump needed maybe? but hard to believe that removing the ac compressor made me cross the fuel pump boundary.

thanks.

i had to cut the ac lines that went from behind the glove through the firewall at the bends, because it wouldnt come out of the grommet, and it was pretty much impossible to wrench the bolts holding the lines together.

progress today:
i thought the car may have been flooded so i took out the spark plugs (was only about 3 month/ 1000miles old)

took out the fuel pump relay, and egi relay, and did the de-flooding technique... kind of worked. lots of gas smell came out of the engine.

bought brand new spark plugs.. put them in.. and still wont turn over. so im thinking compression..? or fuel shortage... like u said.

does the ATF trick really bring back some compression?? and how do i check fuel pressure/ or make it have GOOD pressure.

The car was running perfectly fine on Tuesday. ran Wednesday morning, but not Wednesday night -> now.

coincidental engine rebuild time???
