Whats the biggest size FMIC you can put on a 95 FD?

The one i purchased looks to big for the front

Well, did you buy a core or a kit? If you bought a kit, it should obviously fit. If you bought just a core, shouldn't you have asked this (or gone out and measured) BEFORE buying it?

its a 28"x11.75"x3" core.
im planning to make a custom setup with the core, greddy 3 piece kit and intercooler piping that i didnt end up using in a previous project.
