Arrow Big decrease in charge temps with Petit CC II?

Hey guys i just received my Coolcharge II (oldstyle) from memphisraines82 on the forum. Thanks again man, looks great!

Just curious how big the drop in charge temps were with this thing for any one who knows or has one. (I know majik does, and loves it) ive heard awesome things about it, just never seen actual numbers on the charge temps. Im running stockers Seq.

Thanks guys!

Best thing I read in that whole article:

"Intercooler efficiency is a measurement of how effective the intercooler is at reducing the inlet air temperature. If the intercooler reduces the temperature of the air exiting the compressor to ambient, the intercooler will be 100 per cent efficient. It will also be a bloody marvel, because no conventional intercooler can actually achieve this! Typical figures for a good intercooler are around 70 per cent."

I thought I've read quite a few posts of various intake temps below 20C. That would be considered "ambient" temps on a warm day, no?

Most likely either:

1. Ambient temp was probably about 20-30F
2. They weren't boosting, just cruising on the highway

Here are some good numbers thanks to Rich:
