Big brother came home..."hint" he's really fast and silver...

Picked up my new daily driver a few weeks ago...right now it's a little under 500HP...but that's going to change in a few months...it's going to be great to take the Beast down the track in 9.XX and then jump in the 4 door and make a 11.XX pass...

Beautiful AMG but 11.xx pass 12.xx yes!
I would love to see some time slips on both of these beasts!

He said its 500hp but thats going to change. He also said its GOING TO be great to jump in the 4 door and run 11.x.

Those cars run 12s stock so its possible. The AMG lineup is insane. Crazy fast cars and its soo smooth.

Congrats OP, you always had sick cars even from back in the day.

That Mercedes is one great looking car I would have picked up a non-AMG version, when they came out, if my pockets were deeper.

Fastman is prob the only rich guy on this forum. And he chooses to own a ROTARY fd. I think that's pretty cool.

You're in the medical field right Fastman?

LoL...Trust me, there are quite a few well-to-do FD owners on this forum. And, there are even more not on the forum.

Probably quite a few; I know two Ferrari owners with FD's being a toy, a well-liked toy of theirs.

on a CLS55AMG... ECU tune, airbox, intercooler pump, heat exchanger, throttlebody = 11.8-11.9s at 120

stock they run high twelves all day long... even though its a heavy car, they have a shitload of torque that gets them movin.

congrats to the OP on the new daily.... AMG drivetrains are fairly bulletproof.

How fast will you need to go for those head lights to fly off mid track?

I looked at these before getting the T-Rex. Price is much more reasonable on the E55s but they just dont look as good. Nice cars, and underrated. Got a few co-workers with E55s that run in the 11s. Kinda funny in a parking lot with Rx7s, 996 Turbos, T-Rex, etc that the big 4 doors are the faster cars.

Same here. Not really into those huge *** sedans. But then again I'm a small guy with no kids to haul around etc.

The c63amg is no joke though. That car is amazing.
