which is better midpipe or high flo cat

I know this question has been asked a lot but I'm just wondering whats best for my car. First I'll tell you what I have Blitz TT catback exhaust Blitz SUS intake with short ram an Pettit downpipe along with turbo timer an guages. I know if I get a midpipe I need a new ECU but I already kind of need one anyway ( would the pettit ECU work well ? ) I want the midpipe for a couple different reasons 1. power 2. flamage baby 3. to beat all the punk *** kids with 5.0's around here, I wont get to race them till spring and I think the midpipe would help. Although I think I could beat them right now anyways. I just wan insurance. But would a high flo cat still give me lots of power. If I'm not worried about legal issues which should I get. And any suggestions on brands would be appreciated.

i swear newbies are getting lazier and lazier! if you search, you will find more info archived than this one thread will give.

if you know you are a newbie, you should realize that the questions you ask have been asked HUNDREDS of times before. use the search function!

im sure a lot of other people will agree.

BTW, i am not newbie bashing.
