I got mine from ebay. The holes in the hangers were slightly larger than the brackets, and it was a BITCH to get them on since there's no flex in them and they wouldn't fit over the nipples. I ended up wrapping the brackets in electrical tape and hammering the hangers on. Works like a charm...my exhaust doesn't budge now.

Talk about the LAST place you would want stiffer bushings! Those bushings are for noise reduction....stiffer bushings equal less noise reduction. Just get the OEM bushing.

The stock ones are fine. The stock ones have just enough give to absorb a bit of the vibration, and keep your muffler from bouncing up and down away from the chassis. No real use in "upgrading" to a polyurethane exhaust hanger.

Agreed - stockers work great, hold up great, etc. They're not hard to find used, and they're fairly reasonable new.

This is one spot where Mazda did a fine job and there's no need to reinvent the wheel.

Ok, I give up. Why does a subaru exhaust do better with stiffer hangers? Unless it's to keep the exhaust from bumping the body of the car, I can't imagine why.

Yeah, wouldn't want those full exhausts making soft rattle sounds.
