Best way to support car while removing suspension?
Best way to support car while removing suspension?
Hey all. Not sure if this is the best place for this question, but here goes.
I plan on doing some suspension upgrades to my 93 during the next month or two (control arm bushings, anti roll bars, springs, shocks - the works) while it is sleeping for the MI winter. I'm wondering what is the best way to support it, and if there are any issues with it being off its wheels for extended periods of time. I''d like to just jack it up one end at a time wth a floor jack (front first) and place it on 4 jackstands at the body rail jacking points. Is this the best way to support it? Should I be concerned about it being supported in this fashion for an extended period of time (1-2 months) while I do the work at my leisure?
Thanks for any advice.
