Best trailing arm / toe link options?

Curious to hear thoughts on the various trailing arms and toe links available or if they're even right for me. The RP and TCS have of course been on the market a long time, but what are some other options given a more flexible budget? Haven't heard any mention of the SPL toe links, but I know they make quality stuff, along with the JDM brands like RE-A, Cusco, Auto Craft, Nagisa, SuperNow, etc. Any feedback on the Battle Version lower control arm setup? It piqued my interest because it eliminates 4 out of 6 pillows, but what are the downsides? What is Battle Version, anyway? Not familiar with the name, so I don't even know if its a legit shop or something like a Megan Racing.

I want to replace all the pillowballs next time the car is in the shop, so I figured might as well install new trailing arms and toe links to further eliminate a source of clunking. I'm assuming it's far easier to fit new pieces as opposed to replacing the existing bushings, so considering proper aftermarket ones vs. OEM. I'll note that my car is a low-mile garage queen that will never be tracked. I take a no expense spared approach (within reason) when it comes to replacing any OEM part, so I'm open to suggestions on what would be the best route.

No reason to go with aftermarket arms for a car that won't see a track. Get new OEM or J-auto pillow ball bushings with NEW dust boots and that's it for clunking.

The aftermarket arms are going to be a LOT more harsh and noisy and they typically don't last that long. For your use case they won't do you any favors.

From all my research, OEM arms with good bushings (superpro, powerflex, j-auto) is going to be your best bet for a comfortable like-new feel. I plan on buying the full powerflex kit with J-auto pillow ***** to redo all my suspension bushings.

Aftermarket bushings will be more harsh than OEM. Also with low mileage cars many times bushings are still OK, don't throw out good bushings for no apparent reason.

If you have clunking pillow *****, replace those for sure. They are zero compliance bushings, you can't improve the design.

Advantages of aftermarket trailing arms and toe-links....If you like bright anodized colors, they’re great. The end.

I ran the Rotary Extreme arms for a decade or more. I'm still running their toe links. I don't really notice the harshness you guys are mentioning by YMMV...

Honestly, there is little functional difference between the brands. The most important factor is the quality of the rod ends used. FK rod ends / heim joints are mentioned in the SPL link and those are high quality - and what Rotary Extreme used. RX7.com's arms are also quality but no idea what brand rod ends they use.

As mentioned in another thread, after decades of use, I replaced the rod ends in my Rotary Extreme arms with FK since that is what Ben at RE had used originally.
