I don't beleive the HKS has titanium piping, only the can (yes refering to the racing 4" version). JIC is full titanium (and RotaryExtreme). Other brands are Kakimoto, RMagic and Border Racing but I don't think you'll get a better price for "all" titanium then JIC.

It's not a waste of money, titanium makes a great light weight watch. 
ok, it's not needed except for racing to shave weght but their is a cool factor if you can afford it.
OK, the best bang4dbuck is JIC and if you want bigger piping and "all" titanium it's RotaryExtreme. I think we'll have to see how the Kakimoto rates after Jason tests them. The best sounding, hp and lightest titanium (cost not being a factor) was RMagic (posted in Japan thread).
If you want the lightest and best quality similar to JIC titanium but in stainless steel for 1/2 the cost ...Buddy Club (Spec 3), baby.

Feed Sonic Ti' would be duble (or more) the money and in the same price range as Border, RE-A, R-Magic, etc.
