There is the JIC, the HKS which is a DP back, the rotary extreme and the RS*R(which isn't out yet)

HKS Ti has 4" piping. Its too big for stock twins. You will lost the low-end. 3" piping always the best I think.

Hmmm, I was thinking of the Rotary Extreme TI, but it's also 4" piping. I guess what you lose on the low end you regain at the top...

I don't beleive the HKS has titanium piping, only the can (yes refering to the racing 4" version). JIC is full titanium (and RotaryExtreme). Other brands are Kakimoto, RMagic and Border Racing but I don't think you'll get a better price for "all" titanium then JIC.

$1200, it better be full titanium!!!

The JIC one is better I think. There is less angle in the bend. Plus it's $900.

You might on a naturally aspirated car, but a turbocharged car doesn't require backpressure, and in fact, works better without it... which is precisely why eliminating the catalytic converters helps spool the turbos more quickly.

Sggested retail $1525 but it includes a mid pipe. Anyhow below is from HKSUSA...

For extreme horsepower applications, the HKS Racing Muffler system, constructed of 102mm diameter stainless steel piping, a 170mm Titanium muffler assembly and a 115mm tip, is the lightest system and the highest flowing exhaust system HKS has to offer. FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY
I don't see any reason for 4" piping considering that the downpipe is 3" and the exhaust cools as it exits and becomes more dense. Who has the need for it anyhow?
For the high 800 -1000 horsepower range applications, HKS offers the Racing Muffler system...

90mm is 3.54", not 4"

1" = 25.4mm

I know you want a full ti, but look into the carbon ti exhaust from the HKS. I heard the sound of it and it has a nice note to it.

JIC is the way to go. It weights almost nothing, but very loud.

It's not a waste of money, titanium makes a great light weight watch. ok, it's not needed except for racing to shave weght but their is a cool factor if you can afford it.

OK, the best bang4dbuck is JIC and if you want bigger piping and "all" titanium it's RotaryExtreme. I think we'll have to see how the Kakimoto rates after Jason tests them. The best sounding, hp and lightest titanium (cost not being a factor) was RMagic (posted in Japan thread).

If you want the lightest and best quality similar to JIC titanium but in stainless steel for 1/2 the cost ...Buddy Club (Spec 3), baby.

I mentioned Kaimoto and since RX7Store sells it I would think it would be in the test and a good comparison for JIC since they are almost equal in price.

Feed Sonic Ti' would be duble (or more) the money and in the same price range as Border, RE-A, R-Magic, etc.

RMagic GT titanium (below)
