I'm using the Sparco competition, polished. I like the look, and it has never come loose, but weighted woulda been nice, and the polish isn't as nice as say... the MOMO competition.

I have a Greddy as well, and I'm starting to detest it.

The top's edges start to annoy my palm after a while, and I'm not much of a thumbs-up type shifting kind of guy.

I'm probably going to go the way of Monsen and get the Voodoo spherical. Was planning to get the Titanium **** as soon as I could think of something I wanted engraved into it, but I might just get the Pearl finish spun aluminum one.

What shift **** has the closest resemblance to the stock shifter in weight, size, and style?

I would venture to guess, the "stock" ****.

Mazdaspeed would be close.

Gordon, how much do you want for the *****? I wasn't aware of a "magnum" size. How much larger is it?

Mazdaspeed

I'm with Goodfella, I have the Carbon Fiber Mazdaspeed and its awesome. So much lighter than the stock and easily replaces it.

Why would anyone want a LIGHTER shift ****?

The heavier it is, the EASIER it is to put in gear. I used to be a firm believer of lighter shift *****(thinking that I'd lose a little bit of weight...with 2 12" Cerwin Vega's in the back ). But after I bought the Razo 400 Gram...It's SO EASY to shift.

The Mazdaspeed leather is a little thicker than the factory ****. But not weighted like the factory ****.

I have a older Miata **** on the way and it is quite a bit shorter and thinner than the factory ****. I hope it's weighted too.

err...I went to the local auto bacs and picked it up. Kind of like Pep Boys but bigger and with WAY better aftermarket parts. Cost me about $40 NEW. It doesn't use set screws either, it uses a plastic thread on the inside...
