That's what my comment was in reference to. This thread must have been ressurected from the dead. Still good info.

It's not uncommon/bad to have older posts pop up with more questions. That shows that someone is using the search function. It's only bad when someone's trying to answer a question for someone's post that is 4 years old.

People used them improperly (immaturely).

I actually lost power on my 03 Tiburon with the Nology Hotwires. Even had a bunch of electrical issues. after attempting every possible grounding situation and plug gap , I ditched them.

If i ever gave it more than half throttle in any low rpm gear (any decent amount of load) my guage cluster would actually shut off... and then flicker back on. It was a PITA. switched over to magnecors, no issues.

Stock NGK replacements here, no problems lighting up my little cocktail of gas, meth, premix, and a wee bit of klotz lube. Stock ignition system except for a twin power.

I've thought about going with some other wires, but i really have no reason to other than to see if it would make a difference.

At what level are you supposed to upgrade your ignition (in any way)? After my tune, from looking at other people's setups, I'm guessing to make about 325rwhp. I'm still 100% stock as far as ignition goes. Is there a reason for me to invest in something like an HKS Twin Power or an MSD box? If I get a tune without these items, and then add them afterwards, will I need to have another tune?
