Best Place for 99 front end, MS hood, and 3 row fmic?

Best Place for 99 front end, MS hood, and 3 row fmic?
After doing quite a bit of searching, and coming up with a few good results, I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction to purchase the parts listed in the thread title. That is, the 99 front end, Mazdaspeed vented hood, and a Greddy/trust 3 row fmic.
I prefer to purchase at one place if possible, but thus far I am unable to locate a MS hood. Any vendors out there?
In addition, is it necessary absolutely to get the 99 rebar as well, or will the stock rebar work, since it will need to be cut up with the 3 row anyway?
