Thumbs up Best Mod Ever

Yesterday I disabled the A/C so now I'm only getting fans. Drove it today with the fans on high, the temp. needle was kept way below middle most of the time
So, my question is, can I keep the fans on whenever I drive? Or should I use them when I'm idling under the heat.?

you can keep them on all the time fine. If you do the fan mod, with it switched on the fans turn on LOW. Which is quite adequate enough for daily and freeway driving. High is only necessary in really hot conditions. I don't notice any temp difference betewen high and LOW unless it's really hot.

So I can keep the blower on 1-2 instead of 3.

Yes putting the fan on a lower speed should kick the fans on at a lower speed if I remember right.

Way below middle is a bit much. Preferably, you want to keep the car running in its operating range ~180-200F. As Bacon noted, middle for the stock temperature gauge covers a wide area.
