Best core for V-Mount

Im contemplating having a shop called turblown do a V-Mount on my FD. I was wondering about the best core to use for a v mount. what have you guys seen fit best. the cost of the core is not really an issue, seeing as i own a parts business, sourcing the core is not hard, its just which one to choose.
