Best Blow Off Valve???

Whats the best BOV out of these two for a High HP(650-900) single turbo application??

-Apex-i TWIn chamber BOV
or
-HKS Racing BOV type 2

???

Or If theres another Suggestion as to one better than either of these, lemme know. Thanks

Do any of you guys know if Turbonetics makes the Godzilla BOV for the Rex?? I know they make it for the Supra Turbo and IMO its the sweetest sounding BOV out there..... so if they do... my vote goes to that.

HMM, turbonetics. I havent heard anything good yet about the Netics Zilla, only bad so far. But with thm you need to buy the Bypass, and then the zilla discharge horn, two seperate pieces, But i did hear that on a couple of applcations that they have actually done more harm than good when strapped to a dyno..... Just what i heard.

Yea, I read those b4 I posted. I was asking which one was the best and some opinions on those 2 specifically. Because I have both of those sitting in my garage, waiting to go on the t-76 setup from Tnetics.thanks.

I think I'd sell them both and get the Turbonetics Godzilla, or sell the apexi and get another HKs and run 2 because you're going to be running some high PSI with that T76(30psi+ prob). I don't know but with that high of a PSI I would be wanting to make sure a blow-off valve is sufficent enough to handle all that air and not to leak.

From what i understand.

The best BOV are the STOCK ones..

So why bother spending money on after
market BOV's???? when stock ones
are better????

Yes, the stock BOV is good for anyone running a STOCK TWIN setup. I am personally using my stock BOV even though I have a TurboXS Type H-RFL that I could use. I don't know if stock BOV's are the best, or better than aftermarket, but they're good.

But I bet you won't find anyone with a single turbo, let alone a T76 that is using a stock BOV. It simply won't mount to hard piping. And I doubt it will hold up to high PSI levels. Greg was going to run a T76 on his drag car and I think the projected PSI was in the 40's(correct me if I'm wrong).. The stock BOV wasn't meant to hold nearly that much, and if I had that turbo I would go with a "race only" BOV meant for higher boost PSI and something that you know racers use..
