Looks like I have a little more fun ahead for me. I checked on the car this morning and noticed a small puddle of coolant underneath the car. Going to take off the undertray tonight and see if I can find a source.

could just be from overflow...but check your radiator for cracks... all coolant hoses etc..

I bet it is the overflow. When I looked through the small hole between the headlight & bumper I saw a puddle gathereing underneath the headlight on the undertray, which is right next to the overflow.

This would explain the small amount I have to keep refilling.

Not sure why my overflow would be leaking though.

Its not leaking.......its over-flowing haha. it's there for a reason though.....don't worry about it. Just make sure you fill keep the system full....be essentially everytime you fill it up when it's low your replacing some air in the system with water/coolant.. which is good. Just keep at it.

OK, now feeld really dumb, but would it be overflowing from the top of the cap, or is there a hole in the fill neck somwhere?

dont worry man.....you can't learn without ever experiencing. I'm not certain but i'm almost positive theres a foam connector somewhere between the cap and resevoir that allows anything over the suggested limit to simply spill out.. something like that. But maybe take off the undertray anyways and make sure your radiator bleeder is all the way tight as well... could possibly be part of the prob.

There are several tubes, connectors, and nipples in the path to the overflow. Any of that could be leaking.

I was looking at the 94 workshop manual when posting since I'm at work, and I didn't see much of anything indicating lines going to or from the overflow. I'm sure it'll be a lot easier to figure out once I get home and take off the undertray...at least I hope

The tubing runs (in the stock version) from the AST down to and across the small subframe holding up the IC, under the air filter, to the bottom of the O-F tank.

I found the leak. The hose coming from the waterpump housing had a plastic splice just behind the intake, and it wasn't a tight fit. I put zip ties on both sides and it's not leaking anymore.

Now.....
I took off the intake (stock) to find everything. Now there is a tube that I don't know where it connects to. Comming out of the drivers side of the intake box, where is that supposed to plug to?

Can anyone tell me where this hose is supposed to connect to on the other side? I can't figure it out.

so the hose is supposed to hang in the engine bay? Why even connect a hose to it anyway?

breather hose, goes nowhere, I had a hell of a time too the first time I took the stock airbox out, eventually said "screw it" and later found out it goes nowhere.

Is that the exit of a "pass-through-muffler" in the air cleaner for silencing the air pump exhaust "moo?" I thought it went through a small "box" inside the air cleaner, but it's been 15 years or so since I changed to a PFS intake, etc.
