Beeeping From under the hood?

I was at Josh's house to continue the caliper painting party. We decided to take his 89 out to tune the AFC....I moved my car about ten feet up the driveway and when I stopped the car it began to idle a little rough. Then I turned it off and went with him to tune. When we came back, ten minutes later, I started the car and it idled shitty at 500 rpm, then 30 seconds later it smoothed out and went to 700. Josh noticed a beeping noise up front so I opened the hood. There seems to be a beeping noise coming from the relay pack area near the intake. I have aftermarket intake on the car, so its easy to see there. It seemed to beeping in Morse code or something. I just wondered if that had anything to do with it idleing rough...and has this ever happened to anyone? I just changed the plugs on Friday, so they shouldn't be bad.

Are you properly ventilating your painting area?

Hehe, he's actually not hallucinating, that's the infamous morse code noise. I'm not exactly sure where it comes from, but I was told it's perfectly normal, and they all do it to some degree. You can hear mine inside the car, kinda grows on you after awhile and sounds cool. If anyone asks, just say that's your car talking to you.

Yeah, that's the first time I've ever heard it. So you guys are actually saying that is normal.

Rough idle may be due to too much fuel in the motor. It is not the best idea to move the car a short distance and shut it off. I did this and a flooded motor that would not start was the result

I am running rich, which is way better than lean....anyway, and I know I'm dumping some serious fuel in there.
