Which bearings do I replace for endplay?

I have gotten some help regarding this issue, but still was not certain which bearings have to be replaced if I have too much endplay. Also I am going to look like a fool here but I don't understand how to read my dial indicator I bought. I thought I could but realize I'm a dumb a$$. I happened to grab the wrong type, and now am suffering the consequences of not understanding its measurements. I am really needing help, so that I can complete my engine rebuild, this is my only hold up. It would be greatly appreciated. As of now the engine sits until I can figure out if my bearings are bad or not.

This is a picture similiar to the dial indicator I have. Like this one it too reads in .0005 graduations. The part I am confused at is in the video it has an indicator that reads to 100 and reads I believe at .001 graduations. Mine only reads to 50 and is .0005 graduations. The endplay on my dial indicator gives 9-10 small black marks as pictured below. At .0005 do I have .0045- .005 endplay? I don't know if I'm right I'm confused???

If I do have to much endplay which bearings do I need to replace? I now this is a lot of technical help but someone has had to have faced a similiar experience.

.

the yellow line indicates the reading I am getting. The bolts are torqued down to the correct ft.lbs.

The dial indicator in you pic reads in .0005 graduations so the end play you are showing is .0048. But that is way better that the .009 you thought you had in you last post, but it's still out of spec. .0035 is the max. Did you confirm what spacer you have? If it is the "A" spacer you need to replace the Thrust needle bearing and the thrust washer and recheck the endplay

Gadd you are my personal super hero. That really clears things up for me. Yes, that is a better relief than the .009 I thought, lol. I am waiting for my micrometer to come in the mail so I can measure that spacer, as I mentioned it has faded so I don't know for sure if it is a V or an A. I had pineapple racing spec all the parts for me that is why I never had a need for one. You would think the mark would be permanent, but its almost as if they felt penned it in. I was going to send you a pm about this, but figured I had bugged you enough. Thanks again for all your help your a really awesome guy.
