Battery Positive terminal boot

The red rubber one. I cannot find this item alone in the Mazda parts catalog. I suspect you'll only get one with a whole new $450 alternator / battery harness.

Anyone have a lead on where to get one new? A Mazda part number that fits equally well would be great.

(If not, it's to the classifieds I go)

IF you are talking about the red rubber cover that comes with the fuse block, you can get it from Ray at Malloy for around $65.00 and you get a new fuse block with the fuses. I just got one a few weeks ago.

I'm fairly certain the 2nd gen. Probes use the same boot. Long-shot, but you might get lucky at the salvage yard.

I wasn't aware you'd get all of that with the fuse block. My fuse block is looking pretty ratty so that's actually an option.

Thanks,

Dave
