I have been searching the pdf service manual, FAQs, and the boards all night, but I can't find the diagram for the ECU harness. I am specifically looking for the wastegate solenoid control wire, but I think the whole harness pin/wiring diagram would be very helpful for all in the future.

It's Blue/White and Black/White and the manuals have it in it... and the several dozen or so posts do too. You just suck at reading and searching the interwebz.

From what I found yesterday, the pinout is an entirely different document called "Wiring Diagrams" and is not in the Workshop Manual PDF download. Thanks for being a tool tho.
