Unhappy Bad Idle question

I have a 94 that I have a few questions about. I apologize in advance, for my knowledge is very limited. This car has several mods done to it: new motor, G-Force Cpu, greddy inter cooler, pulley system, and intake system. It has greddy 3 1/4 pipe, pettit cold air intake, boost control, and guage, and fuel/air guage.

I live in a small town that is very limited in this field. Here is what my questions are:

-When you get on it, there is a ticking sound coming from behind the glove box. It seems to be exagerated in the low boost setting?? Can you set this B spec boost controller too high??

-The fuel/air guage stays on the rich side when you give it gas. It is actually on the "h" of rich so it is over there pretty far. Is there something I can do to help this?

-At idle the car has a slight miss, The easiest way I can describe it is, it sounds like a burp every couple of seconds out the tail pipe.

-When you get on the car slightly and shift it has a small backfire, possibly from the rich setting.

-Lastly, how accurate is the stock pressure guage? When it is cold the car has approx. 60 or above. When it warms up it seems to drop down toward 30 and less if you are idling.

Over all the car runs fine, I have recently purchased it and tried to find answers to these questions with no luck. Thank you in advance for your help

Unfortunately, A/F gauges running on the standard O2 sensor really aren't accurate at all. At this point, I would ignore what it's tell you.

Most of the reprogrammed ECU's will run the car on the rich side. You can decrease the backfiring a little by changing your spark plugs & wires, changing the O2 sensor. With the pre-cat removed, you'll hear a little backfiring from time to time, it's ok.

The stock pressure gauge is fine, however the sending unit has a tendency to get fouled up. It's located under the oil filter. It can get oil dripped on it, collect dirt, etc, and cause readings like what you are seeing (or it can fail altogether).

Start off by cleaning it. If your readings don't change, replace it.

When I turn the turbo controller off, the noise stops. When it is set to low, it is worse, when I set it to High it isn't that bad.
