Ok i was driving last night and i was in 4th downshifted to 3rd around 4500 rpm felt the engine decelerating very sluggish. i shift back to 4th around 3500 rpm to feel the engine response and felt no boost at 3000 rpm. i hit a red light and the engine makes a noise as if has a air leakand has a rough idle. then i take off and 1st was very weak. then 2nd and 3rd are ok only if i keep them under 3500 rpm. anything above 3500 just feels like im over working the engine. got home turned the car off and let it sit for a little to see if i blew the engine (highly doubt it) and it turned back on. im just lost looked at a few vacumm hoses and nothing strange i could see. starting to get irritated and well gonna continue tommorow figue the problem out. the car feels like it want to die. especially when i go in reverse or take of in 1st. every time the rotors turn i hear a noise a deep kinda clasp like the engine isn't breathing right. i hoping its the turbos and nothing else. i appreciate your help and suggestions.

compression test, you know you didn't want to hear it but it takes all of 10 minutes to do instead of 5 hours looking for some gremlin that you avoided by doing the simplest test. if the compression test comes out ok, then you can breathe and look for other things.
