Dont do it unless you plan on some kind of engine management like a Power FC.

^^very important peice of info.

If you plan on gutting your stock cat or getting a midpipe, plan on getting an aftermarket ECU to controll the fuel. If you do gut your cat without a fuel controller, boost spikes will occur. Can you say Bye Bye Engine?

I recommend an Apexi Power FC.

im pretty sure you can still spike with a high flow cat..just leave the stock cat in until you can get a pfc..why risk it?

thats probably the best idea, just wait and get a pfc, then mod all you want

If you open the exhaust up that much, it's likely you will need a boost controller to maintain stock boost levels or an aftermarket ecu that can handle higher boost levels. Please use the search function and read the newbie sticky.

dont do it dude, im from deltaville btw so trust me. you need to get two things befor eyou touch that cat: a good boost controller, and an ecu upgrade. trust me its not worth loosing your engine over.

ya i dont think im gonna do intake anyway.....not now anyhow....a few weeks ago i went to the track..but the 1/4 was closed cause it rained earlier that day...so the 1/8 was still open. my best time was like 9.22 @ 77 mph....i also had half a tank of gas ( adds a little weight) the first few runs i was in like the low 10s, a buddy of mine was in the car with me, then he got out and i was running low to mid 9s. that was my first time at the track....had a good time......you guys think with this exhaust and not so much gas i can easily get into the 8s for 1/8?
