bad IAC? car runs like a dog...

recently did an ignition setup... car had a few major symptoms. It drove fine after the install. after a pull it instantly started to break up. I drove it home breaking up pretty bad, installed a new set of plug wires... the car idled like crap, surges with the healights or a/c on.. but seems to pull fine after 3k, or WOT. i assumed the plugs were fouled. I put in a set of HKS plugs, fixed a few exhaust leaks, now it runs worse then it did before.

I started the car, it idled very stubborn at about 1,000rpm. i tapped the gas and the motor stalled, it had a whine noise comming from the IAC. i need the car to run good by tomorow. any suggestions on where to start looking, sorry for bad grammer and sentance structure, its 3a.m, and ive had a few beers tonight.... poor rx7

Jacobs FC1000, Turbo2 leading coil, back to stock plug wires.

im sure the T coils are fine, they werent tampered with...

does the ISC have anything to do with the way the ignition fires?

the car runs fine over about 3k rpm... but anything before that it bucks and runs pretty shaky. it pulles all the way through the gears in boost. its deffinatly an idle problem, if it was ignition related the car would break up under a load
