Question bad clutch = boost problem?

would a slipping clutch cause the engine to not produce boost? when I first bought my fd the clutch was already starting to go, it would only catch on the secondary turbo every other time it kicked in. now the clutch is slipping even on the primary turbo. I've noticed as the clutch has gotten worse the boost psi has went from 10psi down to 7 and now even sometimes 5psi. does that seem like just a clutch problem , or is that a boost/vacume leak? I'm only pulling -14psi at idle, with perfect compression(there is a posibility that the engine has a street port on it though) and I've got a pfc if that helps at all. thanks in advance.

It won't matter what your boost is if the clutch slips.

Fix the clutch and worry about boost when the engine can see full load again.

I've got the new clutch,it's just not in yet, and I was just wondering if there is anything else I could be doing while I'm waiting to get it in.
