Backpressure???

You should be able to see my mods in my signiture, but everything is working properly. Currently, my catback is a custom bent straight piece of pipe. It's only 2.5" though. My question is, do you think this is costing me hp versus having no catback at all?

Yes, 2.5" is too small for a 3rd gen. Move up to 3". Having no catback at all will increase power over even a 3" but don't forget you don't want exhaust gasses exiting under your car

I'm planning on going to the dyno this weekend and don't care about the fumes. I'm planning on getting the 3" custom cb done after the dyno. Thanks a lot for your input.
