Auto Trans issues...
Guys
I had the car running great for probably 200 miles (i'll guesstimate) no CEL or overheating or anything like that. Anyways, i was just driving down the road and all of a sudden the car died, completely. I coasted it to the side of the road. Turned the ignition off, and started the car back up. No problems whatsoever still. Then I go to shift into gear and the car goes nowhere. I tried every gear and the car will not move. I put the car in gear (while off) and i can push the car forewards or backwards while its in gear (which shouldnt happen)
I got under the car and checked for obvious things. All of the flywheel bolts are still bolted to the tq converter, fluid in the trans, shift linkage is connected. The car isnt even "thunking" into gear so I'm thinknig its something electrical. I tried pulling the auto trans codes but there werent any. Am I missing something obvious?
