Auto/Manual motor swap

I'm looking at buying an engine out of a 93 automatic , but will it work in my car in the shortblock form ? I have a manual 5spd , as long as I don't use the harness or trans assembly , the short block should work right ???

to my best recolection.. auto engine has 7 bolts, 5spd has 6... maybe its 6 and 5.. either way, one bolt wont fit but it works just fine.
