Can anyone tell me if the Automatic Loom will plug straight up to an engine which was originally out of a 5 speed manual ?

-Yes... I know about the inhibator switch bridging.



Reason I ask :

I've done the AT to MT conversion, the AT engine blew, I've got a import engine to replace it with. The engine is a manual, so obviously the end of the loom that drops into the car doesn't match the auto's dash loom (white and blue connectors).


The easiest solution appears to be to change the manual loom which came with the replacement engine over to the auto loom from the engine that blew....
