Auto->5spd Swap Documentation(FD3S)

I was wondering if anyone has ever documented and posted a website or a thread expaining the auto->5spd swap for the FD?

I'm 98% sure i know of all the parts i need... but a documented swap would make things 1000x's easier.

From what i've researched so far... the hardest part for me is going to be locating all of the parts i need for cheap. but accounding to the registered FD's chart, i have 270 FD's in WA to choose from

thanks for your help! i'll read his posts and when i go through my swap i'll make a website about it. so people wont have to dig through the forums ever again for swap info.
