Atkins apex seals

I'm just about to order Atkins 2mm seal, spring, and side seal kit. There was some talk about the Atkins eal being too hard on the housing or something so is there any concensus whether the concern is legit or unsubstantiated hearsay?

If anything, I heard the Atkins apex seals are softer and break in easier to used housings than with OEM apex seals.

The atkins are much softer than stock seals. I dont think there is any seal that is too hard for the housing, because there would be no point.

Thanks for the feedback. So if I'm not using new housings, Atkins would be the ones to go for?

I have used over 5 Atkins apex seals for customers. They all still running strong.
