AST Replacement Cap: Pressure Vented or Not?

AST Replacement Cap: Pressure Vented or Not?
I went to pick up a replacement AST cap and found the right size and rating but there are two different ones. One says 16lbs pressure vented and the other says 16lbs pressure. Which one would be the correct one?
