Ast hose price

Does anyone know where I can find the hose that comes from the filler neck to the ast tank? Mazda said it costs $24 plus I have to wait a couple of days. Would a parts store have this or could I just use any other hose?

You could use pretty much any rubber hose - there's nothing special about it. Just make sure it's the right size and fits well.

Yes. It's not anything special. Just get a good quality section of coolant hose.

The OEM hose has a restrictor in it. Be sure you put it back in.

You could try Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda as well. His contact info should be in the FAQ.

Im replacing a short section of hose only.

The one that runs off the bottom of the AST tank. Im gonna cut and use a barb fitting and run the new hose. I only need like 8 inches.

I just wanna be sure i get the right size.
