ast elimination? is it ok?
M2 sells an ast elimination kit, is this a good thing or do you need the ast? I now have the aluminum ast but if I dont really need it then its history. What exactly is its purpose anyway, most other cars dont have one...

Garfinkle takes them out his 94 has not had ast for 6years without temp problems.He does not use a kit ,only the part from the 2nd gen with the hose fitting. He will only do mods for others if he is sure of the outcome .
