that part is known to fail as a stock piece. I was having coolant problems, and I was assuming it was the stock ast tank, and the hoses that run to it. I replaced the hoses, and installed an ASI tank, and no more leaks. However, I think I still have air in my system, but I can't seem to get it out.

OK.
Is it hard to mount a AST from ex. Pettit by myself?
Does new hoses and other mountingstuffs include when I buy from www.rx7store.net?

No, new coolant lines will not come with an aftermarket AST. Unless yours are worn, you probably don't need to replace them.

If you do, you can probably pick them up at any local auto parts store (just take in the one you want to replace and they'll find the correct size for you).

As for mounting, just pull the old one out, put the new one in. If you have basic tools, you have everything you need.
