ASP Medium Intercooler Vs. Pettit Racing Coolcharge II Intercooler?

Any opinions on which of these two intercoolers are a better option? I've pretty much decided to go with a SMIC and I've narrowed it down to one of these. The ASP looks nicer with both pipesup top, but the Pettit looks nicer with the polished intake. Most important to me though, is performance & fitment.

They're pretty much the same price, so what I really would like to know is:

1. Which cools better?
2. Which fits better?
3. What is the bast radiator to go with each? Koyo or Fluidyne?

TIA,

Ian

ASP meduim is better. Either radiator will fit fine, but people usually have an easier time with the fluidyne.

The ASP Med is going to be a little larger and a better choice. I'm not a fan of the new style Pettit CC II. I have the old style which I would recommend.

I am running a m2 med (asp) and a fluidyne radiator. Fits fine.

I needed to dremel the fan shroud holes a wee bit to get them to fit properly but that was an issue with the location of the "holes" on the fluidyne rad to allow the fan shroud to bolt up.

I have the M2 medium and the Toyo radiator, and they all fit fine under the hood. the radiator took some persuation to get in, but it fits.

Both work very well, and look great under the hood.

Like Majik I have the old school Pettit cool charge II with the Koyo radiator and am having no problem with either one. Had i not been able to locate the IC I'd have gone with the ASP (M2) IC
