ARC intake box

Anyone have the ARC Super Induction Box intake? Is it any better than any of the other open intakes that just end up sucking in hot air from the engine? I was thinking of combining the ARC box with a vented headlight cover... Opinions?

Who sells the ARC intake? Also, are there pic of these units before installation? Are there ducts or tubes that draw cold air?
