Apparently I'm an idiot but i can't get the door panel off.

i took the 4 screws out but i can't get the passengers door panel off...

what am i doing wrong?

there is a screw under the "easy breakable" door handle.....and one where you open the door from(look, it's covered with a small plastic piece),
once out, slide it backward, then push up....

everytime I take the door panel off I break one of those clips. it's a pain in the ***.

I went to 3 or 4 different auto parts stores to find clips that would work. I finally found some that are actually better than the stock ones. Unfortunately, I don't remember where or which ones they were. They were black with thin plastic fins on them.
