Apexi Super Exhaust

Hi guys! I bought the apexi super exhaust for my silencer to reduce the sound (i'm running on a midpipe). I was wondering how does this work? It seems that its creating a lot of back pressure. Is this bad? Can anyone help please? Below is a pic of it in place in my exhaust.

you just slip that part into your exhaust and use the bolt that should be supplied with it to bolt it on. this is cause higher EGT and water temp, by probably 6-10 degree, like if you had your pre-cat, you will also loose a bit of horsepower.

EGT ultimately makes the car run hotter, therefore making water hotter as well.

Look into picking up the Apexi ATS/Active Tailpipe Silencer.

You can search to dig up a few threads, it's spring loaded so stays shut at low load/rpm then opens up at high load/rpm to yield power and noise when you stomp on the 'go' pedal
