apexi power intake carb question
hi,
i currently have the hks intake on my car and would like to change something that filters better. i am currently intrested in the apexi unit but because i live in california, i have to have CABR or EO numbers for my parts that i change. so my question is, does the apexi intake have a carb number for california and what other intakes that are better than the hks one have carb numbers??? i am getting a new motor soon and would like to keep it clean.
