Apexi N1 vs Apexi GT spec

Currently i have a RB dual tip on my car but i want to buy either the GT sepc or the N1 from apexi. Does anyone know difference in these exahust? Is it just the piping of the GT being 3.74 while the N1 is 3 inches or what? Also if anyone has one and would like to trade let me know
thanks

Don't know the difference between the GT and the N1 but one thing I know for sure is the Dual N1 is too damn loud. I'm planning to swap out with the RB dual tip.

GT piping is stainless steel and N1 is mild steel. different size piping, and canister style is different also. N1 will probably louder

You are not going to gain power going from the Racing Beat to the N1. You might gain 2 hp going to the GT. That's it. In exchange, you are going from a nice mellow tone to a droning loud as **** exhaust note.

The dual N1s are even heavier than the stock exhaust to boot.

Mine's not that loud

It's the dual open vented wastegates under the car that make it really loud..

i have had both. i currently have the GT spec. it has a great sound. very low. not that loud at all, i actually hear my stock turbos no problem more than i hear the exhaust. but i'm running a stock DP and stock cat. my last FD was a 3in DP and strait mid pipe to the N1....loud as fu*k and sounded like a honda lawn mower... i love the GT spec, but i'm not sure what it will sound like when i add a HF cat and Dp.

I ran a full 3in straight w/ a GT spec exhaust and the thing was loud. It wasnt that bad rolling at low RPMs but enough to have to repeat what you said to your passanger more than once. At WOT it got extremely loud ofcourse but sounded sweet. The exhaust tone was deep at idle and light throttle but once you got on it it sounded like any other lawnmower on crack.

Did I get a defective Apex'i GT spec because I have it with a HKS downpipe, Pettit resonated midpipe and it was nice and low, there was some droning, but it wasn't to the point where I couldn't talk to the passenger. And if I was worried about cops in the arrea I put on the silencer it came with, and it sounded almost like a stock exhaust, just with a high pitch.
