I bought this apexi intake, used, and that restrictor pill didn't come with it. I have that strange mooing sound or low rumble. I have been told that if i put that pill in, the sound might go away. I called apexi and they said it only comes with the kit. I don't even know what it looks like so if anyone knows where i can get it or if someone has one, please post here.
