Apexi FMIC directions?

Back ground is that I have a customer that has brought me an Apexi FMIC "kit" that's used. It's missing some bits and pieces but the IC itself in in great shape so it's hard to say no. Fabricating the missing pieces and making it work correctly is not a problem but I've never worked with this particular piece and I'd like to put it together as closely to what Apexi designed as possible. Does anyone have their instruction sheet left laying around from a previous install that they could scan? Or maybe in progress pics of an install? Would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks but I got it in yesterday. I could see how it all fit togther but the "kit" as it is came with none of the brackets supplied by Apexi. That threw me off a bit. Luckily there's not much too them and we fabricated them without issue.
