Anyone should be able to use the apexi ATS provided your tip is a perfect circle, I know some exhaust are more oval shaped or what not.

If you can't use the ATS, you can always run the ECV

I dunno if it's just me.. but I could of swore.. the car felt laggier to me (non-seq)

and I also felt guilty ragging on it.. like I was forcing air thru choking the motor..


and when u stand behing the car at idle.. the pressure of the exhaust comin out of that small hole is crazy!

my pants leg will "flap"like a flag in the wind..

and u can stand pretty far away and feel it still


perhaps if I get off my lazy butt I'll throw together a Before and After video of it..

Umm, did you look at your dyno graph?

The red line (which is run 3) is the only one that separates from the other two. And it does so in the low range. The red line is higher both at the beginning of spool on the primary and what looks like directly after the transition to the secondary.

You did not gain any torque. You lost power. Which is what happens when you restrict the exhaust of a turbo charged vehicle.

But if the amount of power lost is acceptable, then that is the trade off to make to have a quieter vehicle.

with my ATS i feel the car is laggier and the rpm is more lazy in low rpm..


and when i romp on it.. i feel and hear like the car is choking

and it makes a weird pulsating sound...
