do they do rebuilds or just motors out of wrecked cars, mazda recycling actually pulls them apart and rebuilds them

From the dealings I heard in the past with Mazda Recycling (not engine purchase wise, but other parts), I seriously doubt they do their own rebuilds.

They most likely exchange blown cores for Mazda Rebuilt ones just the same as any dealership would do...
