Off the line, stoplight-to-stoplight, and in the quarter mile (assuming you have a competent rider), most bikes will win. Now at speed, it's a different story. At 100 mph and up, bikes will become less efficient acceleration-wise is due to wind drag; they have the aerodynamic efficiency of a flying brick. Also worthwhile to mention, most riders will chicken out at those speeds on the freeway; visions of God will slow them down
